Bio
Skirmantas Kersulis received the Ph.D. degree in physics from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Vilnius, Lithuania, in 2010.
He is currently a Researcher with the Department of Functional Materials and Electronics, Center for Physical Sciences and Technology, Vilnius. He has coauthored 30 scientific papers. His current research interests include the investigation of short high-power electric and magnetic pulses influence on solid-state materials.
