Soft-tissue sarcomas are a heterogeneous group of cancers arising in non-hematopoietic, mesodermal tissues. Establishing novel, effective anti-sarcoma therapies is a critical challenge in pediatric oncology. My research focuses on the use of preclinical platforms to test potential therapeutic targets and to accurately define biologically distinct disease categories with likely susceptibility to candidate interventions.
