My research focuses on movement behaviours (physical activity + sitting behaviour + sleep) of little people and more recently older adults. Have recently worked on the Generating Older Active Lives Digitally (GOALD) project (Twitter: @GOALDStirPlym). Upcoming work includes the next Active Healthy Kids Report Card for Scotland (Twitter: @ActiveScotKids) and a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) with Paths for All (Twitter: @PathsforAll) to co-produce a programme to increase walking in schools.
