Silvio Aime is a recognized expert on molecular imaging with NMR (paramagnetic complexes, nanoparticles, CEST agents, targeting and responsive probes, hyperpolarized Para-Hydrogen containing molecules); Founder of the Center of Molecular Imaging of the University of Torino. Awards: World Molecular Imaging Society Gold Medal, Fischer Award for Contrast Media Research, Gold Medal Amedeo Avogadro from the Italian Chemical Society, European Society for Molecular Imaging Award.
