Siddarth Machado

I am a botanist and ecologist interested in understanding the role plants play in ecosystems using plant inventories and plant functional traits. I am also passionate about supporting applied research that directly supports conservation efforts. I am currently working to support a large scale effort by a collaboration of organizations and funded by the USDA Participation for Climate Smart Commodities program to incentivize agroforestry in conventional agriculture lands in North America
