Strong research professional with a Master's degree (MTech) focused in Agricultural Processing and Food Engineering from University of Agricultural Sciences, GKVK, Bangalore. My expertise includes project design and management, data analysis and interpretation, and the development of innovative food products. I enjoy generating new ideas and devising feasible solutions to broadly relevant problems. Specific fields of interest include innovative food product design, mathematical modeling, experimental design, food product quality analysis. My favorite working field is the "Bio-extraction and encapsulation of bioactive components from plants and herbs".
