Shiping Guo

Shiping Guo received the master’s degree in solid state physics from the University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China, in 1991, and the Ph.D. degree in semiconductor physics and device physics from the Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai, China, in 1994. He currently serves as the Managing Technology Director and the Deputy GM of the MOCVD Product Group, AMEC, Shanghai, China.
