Bio
Shinichi Warisawa is currently a visiting scientist of Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at MIT. He is a member of Prof. Karl Berggren’s research group where he researches on graphene nanomechanical sensor, and also on 3D nano structure fabrication using templated self-assembly of block copolymer.
Dr. Warisawa is an associate professor of Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Tokyo. He received his B.E., M.E., and D.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tokyo in 1989, 1991, 1994, respectively. He is currently interested in Nanomechanics, which covers design, fabrication, measurement and application of Nano Electromechanical Systems (NEMS).
