在国际会议作特邀报告12次。主持/参加国家973项目及国基青年、面上、重点、重大、联合基金及军科委项目等30余项。近五年来,在Acta Mater、Int J Fatigue、Mater Sci Eng A、Mater Des等SCI期刊发表论文90余篇(总被引达1500余次),首创提出了高铁结构服役“阶梯疲劳评估框架”;授权发明专利14项和计算机软件10项;出版中英文专著4部,参与制定国家标准3部。主持研发的疲劳断裂仿真软件SinCrack打破了英国和美国在行业内垄断,并孵化出成都洞力科技有限公司;主持研发我国全系列高分辨X射线三维成像的原位疲劳试验机,填补国内空白,部分装置国际领先。
