My research interest are in the area of development of natural metabolite formulation and functional nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals. Here I introduce my Lab. Major Projects: 1) Functional food: Studying the role in disease prevention and health improvement. 2) Nutra and Pharmaceutical Materials: Exploring health beneficial impacts and discovering novel compounds. 3) Development of Probiotics, Prebiotics and Synbiotics for human and poultry. 4) Neuroprotective effects of Scrophularia buergeriana extracts in vitro and in vivo. 5) Exploring genetic and biochemical architecture and diversity in Legume.
