The electrochemical reactivity, in its kinetic and thermodynamic features, represents the main SF's research topic. Besides the electrochemical kinetics, interests include Chemistry of Materials, Surface Science, Environmental Chemistry. Particular attention has been devoted to applied aspects: • Development of new electrode materials for industrial electrochemistry. • Use of electrochemical methods for the disinfection of water, and the remediation of waters and soils.
