Bio
Maximilian Schmidt received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in industrial mathematics from the University of Bremen, Bremen, Germany, and the Ph.D. degree with the Group of Prof. Peter Maass, Center for Industrial Mathematics, Bremen, in November 2022. He is one of the Co-founders of aisencia, where he investigates the application of deep learning methods for cancer detection in tissue samples. His main research focuses on linking mathematical models with data-driven approaches.
