My background is in psychology and cognitive science. For over 20 years my aim has been to bring out the human point of view to design and technology. My research and teaching work has focused on user-centered design, usability, user experience, and eHealth. I have developed methods and practices for gathering and analyzing user needs, identifying user values, and evaluating user experience.
