个人简介
Sarah is a PhD Candidate at the University of Queensland and recipient of a joint University of Queensland – Indian Institute of Technology Delhi Academy of Research (UQIDAR) scholarship under the program entitled Understanding Human-Water Relationships for Sustainable Water Futures. Her current research focuses on decolonising environmental management, how Indigenous peoples are increasingly implicated in novel forms of freshwater governance, and to what extent the emergence of the global rights of nature movement is transforming social and ecological justice. Sarah has a background in applied anthropology within the native title and Aboriginal cultural heritage sectors and has undertaken ethnographic research in metropolitan, regional and remote areas in Western Australia, North Queensland and Victoria.
