Dr. Sanju Bala Dhull, Associate Professor, Department of Food Science and Technology, CDLU, Sirsa, works on the characterization and modification of biomolecules, biodegradable/edible films, nanoparticles, hydrogels and their applications, and functional foods. She has published more than 50 research papers, 5 books, and 25 book chapters. She also serves as Academic Editor, the Journal of Food Processing and Preservation (Wiley/Hindawi) and Member, Editorial Board, Legume Science (Wiley).
