Bio
Samuel Leclercq received a Physicist Ph.D. degree from the University of Grenoble, Grenoble, France, in 2004. His thesis concerned the development of a bolometers based camera for radioastronomy at millimeter wavelengths. He received the postdoctoral degree from the University of Florida, Gainesville, FL, USA, in 2006. His postdoctoral degree was dedicated to data analysis, simulations and instrument operations as a member of the Cold Dark Matter Search collaboration.
Since 2006, he has been with IRAM, Saint Martin d'Hères, France, as an Optics Designer, Project Scientist, and Coordinator, mostly involved in the development of the NIKA2 instrument, installed at the IRAM 30 m telescope in Spain.
