Bio
Samuel Graham (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA, in 1999.
From 1999 to 2003, he was a Technical Staff Senior Member with the Sandia National Laboratories, Livermore, CA, USA. He is currently a Professor and the Chair of The George W. Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology. His current research interests include the thermal characterization and thermal reliability of wide bandgap semiconductor devices for radio frequency (RF), power, and optoelectronic applications.
