Sameer Shrivastava

Sameer Shrivastava received the Ph.D. degree in animal biotechnology from ICAR-Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Izatnagar, India, in 2006. He is currently working as Senior Scientist with Division of Veterinary Biotechnology, ICAR-IVRI, Izatnagar, India. He has more than 15 years of teaching and research experience in the area of animal biotechnology. His current area of research includes synthetic peptide biology, cancer biology, and biosensors. He has undertaken advanced training in the area of biosensors from RIKILT Institute, Wageningen University, The Netherlands. He has published more than 50 research papers in peer-reviewed journals. He is the Reviewer of various international journals of repute like biosensors and bioelectronics, scientific reports, etc. He has to his credit two granted patents, and three others have been filed. Mr. Shrivastava is the recipient of the prestigious ICAR Young Scientist Award, Alfred Lingard Award, and Pfizers Veterinary Award.
