2003/PhD. Degree in Animal Science and Biotechnology, University of Naples Federico II (Italy). Dissertation "Characterization of the myotome and digestive system in Teleostei" advisor Prof. Antonio Crasto.
2000/M.Sc. Degree in Food Science and Technology, University of Naples Federico II (Italy). Thesis "Evaluation of some histological and qualitative characteristics of ostrich meat” advisor Prof. Antonio Crasto.
