Bio
Kazuyuki Sakaue was born in Saitama, Japan, in 1982. He received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in physics from Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan, in 2004, 2006, and 2009, respectively. From 2009 to 2018, he was a Researcher and Assistant Professor with Waseda University. In 2018, he was a Principal Researcher with Photon Science Center, the Graduate School of Engineering, The University of Tokyo, Tokyo. His research focuses on micro or nano-fabrication of material surface using advanced lasers or light sources, such as high-order harmonics and free electron lasers.
