My research interests include emission characteristics of air pollutants, regional air pollution modeling, exposure assessment, and control policies. I am also interested in the mercury pollution and its environmental impacts. I have been responsible for over 40 projects supported by Natural Science Foundation of China, Ministry of Environmental Protection, Ministry of Science and Technology, and international cooperation. I have published over 260 peer-reviewed journal publications. I have authored several academic books.
