Bio
Masteer in Chemistry with specialization in Analytical Chemistry and Ph.D. graduate in Chemistry from the Major National University San Marcos from Lima-Peru. Principal teacher at the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at the University of San Marcos and in the Faculty of Industrial Engineering at the University of Lima. Principal researcher at the Institute for Scientific Research ( IDIC ) at the University of Lima. Principal Investigator of many research projects in the area of food, mainly in seeds, fruits, roots, and tubers of our Peruvian biodiversity. I have published many articles in national and international scientific journals; and in principal newspapers of my country. I have participated in many national and international congresses. I have done internships in the Quality area in Sweden and in the food area at the University of Litoral de Santa Fe in Argentina and the Institute of Fat of Sevilla- Spain.
