Bio

Sebastián Blanch was born in Barcelona, Spain, in 1961. He received the Degree in telecommunication engineering and the Ph.D. degree in telecommunication engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), Barcelona, in 1989 and 1996, respectively. In 1989, he joined the Electromagnetic and Photonics Engineering Group, Department of Signal Theory and Communications Department, UPC, where he is currently an Associate Professor. His research interests are antenna near-field measurements, antenna diagnostics, and antenna design.
