个人简介
Ruengwit Sawangkeaw received the bachelor’s degree in Science from The Department of Industrial Chemistry, Faculty of Applied Science, King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok, Thailand in 2002. He received the scholarship from Asian Development Bank (ADB) in 2002 and fulfilled the master’s degree in Science from Department of Chemical Technology, Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand in 2005. He worked as a research assistant at Department of Chemical Technology, Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University. He published the first article as the co-author entitled “Continuous production of biodiesel via transesterification from vegetable oils in supercritical methanol” in Energy & Fuels (2006). In 2006, he received Chulalongkorn University Dutsadi Phiphat Scholarship. He published the second article as the first author entitled “Effect of co-solvents on production of biodiesel via transesterification in supercritical methanol” in Green Chemistry (2007). He worked as a research intern at Laboratoire de Génie Chimique, Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse, France to study on simulation and thermodynamic modeling of supercritical fluid technology in 2009. He completed his Doctorate in Science from Department of Chemical Technology, Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand in 2010. From 2010 to 2012, he worked at Fuels Research Center, Department of Chemical Technology, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand as a post-doctoral researcher. He studied on Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of biofuels production from low temperature in supercritical alcohols. He was assisting the research projects, e.g., pretreatment of lignocellulosic biomass, biomass carbonization, glycerol utilization, extraction of high-value chemicals from microalgae, and techno-economic analysis (TEA) on supercritical processes as well. From 2012 to present, he is a researcher at The Institute of Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering, Chulalongkorn University. His research interests are in Biofuel production via Supercritical Process, Supercritical fluids and Subcritical water extractions, and Valorization of Wastes via thermo- and bioconversion processes.
