Robin W. Pascal

Robin W. Pascal received the HNC in electronic engineering from the Guildford County College of Technology, Guildford, U.K., in 1984. In 1979, he joined the Applied Physics Group, Institute of Oceanographic Sciences, Wormley. In 1995, he joined the Institute to the National Oceanography Centre, Southampton, U.K. He is currently a Senior Scientific Officer in the Ocean Technology and Engineering Group of the National Oceanography Centre (NOC). His interests include meteorology, air-sea interaction, wave measurement and the development of sensors and systems for the measurement of air-sea fluxes and waves. Dr. Pascal awarded the IMarEST Denny Medal for Best Publication in the Journal of Operational Oceanography in 2009.
