Bio
She has worked on quantifying and understanding human rights violations in conflict and is currently focused on understanding how people die in correctional settings and developing indicators of the health of correctional facilities. She teaches survey design and analysis. Robin is also co-director of the Center for Statistics and Applications in Forensic Evidence (CSAFE) < https://forensicstats.org/>, a multi-university consortium working to improve the validity and reliability of forensic analyses. She is co-chair of the American Statistical Association Committee on Scientific Freedom and Human Rights and is working a book with Megan Price, the executive director of the Human Rights Data Analysis Group, on the use of statistical analyses to study human rights violations.
