个人简介
Roberto as researcher lives between awesome experiments on quantum systems and running computational code to test validity of theoretical models. So, he enjoys staying aware of experimental implementations, computational methods and math. For researching, Roberto uses his experience on quantum theory, but also combined it with other areas like computer science, 3D computer graphics and high performance computing.
Being experienced researcher in Physics, Roberto Zamora-Zamora specializes in quantum many-body theory, computational physics and topological effects on quantum systems. He is mostly focused on next era of technologies: quantum simulators, quantum sensors, quantum computing and quantum materials.
Knowing that to be a good researcher has a lower social impact than be a good scientist, Roberto thinks that a scientist has a broader view, no limited by the research-paper loop. Also, he considers that popularization of science must be encouraged and supported by all scientists.
Holding a PhD. in Physics by the Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), Roberto worked under astonishing advisory of Prof. Víctor M. Romero-Rochín. From 2019-2022 Roberto works as postdoc at QCD group, Department of Applied Physics in Aalto University led by Prof. Mikko Möttönen. Now, Roberto is part of Quanscient, an awesome team/company of scientist building next era of multi-physics simulation software.
