Roberto C. Leborgne received his M.Sc. degree in Electric Engineering from the Itajubá Federal University, Brazil, in 2003 and his Ph.D. degree from Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden, in 2007. His was with ABB-Daimler Benz Transportation, Sao Paulo, Brazil, and Teyma Abengoa, Montevideo, Uruguay.
