个人简介
Past research has focused on datamining from protein structures, to learn about the most important interactions, as well as which interactions are broken more often. Simple models for protein dynamics have informed about the important correlations within the structural dynamics. Recent interests include datamining from protein sequences with an overall aim of improving sequence matching and mutation evaluations. Looking toward the future, we need an improved sequencing of proteins (NextGen Protein Sequencing) to enable the rapid identification of proteins, particularly in images.
