Bio
Rob Elliman is an Emeritus Professor in the Department of Electronic Materials Engineering, Research School of Physics at the Australian National University (ANU) and Director of the Australian Facility for Advanced Ion-Implantation Research (AFAiiR), a capability funded by the National Collaborative Research Infrastructure Scheme (NCRIS). His research interests include: nanotechnology; semiconductor materials science and engineering; and ion-beam modification and analysis of materials, in which he has published over 350 papers and several book chapters.
