Bio
Richard A. Krahenbuhl (A'12) received the B.S. degree in geophysics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 1997 and the Ph.D. degree in geophysics from the Colorado School of Mines (CSM), Golden, in 2005.
He is currently a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Geophysics at CSM and a Lead Investigator in the Center for Gravity, Electrical, and Magnetic Studies. His research interests include potential field methods, integrated interpretation techniques, resource exploration, time-lapse monitoring, processing and inversion, and global optimization methods.
Dr. Krahenbuhl is a member of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists and the American Geophysical Union.
