My research focus is primarily the genetics of premature ovarian insufficiency and non-epithelial ovarian malignancies. I have also been actively exploring the molecular bases of genetic dominance. For years I have been developing the Gene Dosage Balance Hypothesis to explain haploinsufficiency and other dosage effects such as aneuploidy.
