个人简介
For the past 6 years, my research has been devoted to studying the cellular mechanisms underlying ischemia-induced plasticity and identifying those among them that may constitute potential therapeutic targets.
In this respect, I have also studied the potential of adenosine as an ubiquitous modulator that not only efficiently couples energy expenditure to the available stores, but that can also serve as a mediator of several forms of synaptic plasticity.
