Bio
Ramon Garcia-Cortadella received the B.Sc. degree in nanoscience and nanotechnology from the Universitat Autònoma of Barcelona, Spain, in 2014, the M.Sc. degree in physics from the Ludwig-Maximillians-Universität, Munich, Germany, and the Ph.D. degree in electronic and telecommunications engineering from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, in 2021. He currently holds an Alexander von Humboldt Postdoctoral Scholarship with Cognition and Neural Plasticity Laboratory, Ludwig-Maximillians-Universität. His research interests include the development of high-bandwidth neural interfaces, mapping the electrical activity in the brain across large areas with high spatio-temporal resolution, and investigating the role of infra-slow activity on the coordination of high-frequency patterns of neural activity.
