I enjoy spending time with my wife and son. I love to watch soccer, and when time allows outdoor activities such as biking, hiking and camping. I also like to play chess and read books. I was an avid stamp collector and chess player when I lived in Panama. I lived through the U.S. invasion of Panama and my Internship took me to remote areas of Panama including flying to remote jungle villages on Huey helicopters to paddling in canoes in rivers to help people.
My practice includes the treatment of benign blood disorders as well as all malignancies, although I continue with focused expertise in prostate, kidney, bladder and testicular tumors. I am actively engaged in research, both clinical and laboratory-based, and have written many of my own clinical trials.
