Bio
I am focusing on the development of computational modeling of adaptive stress pathway activation for repeated dose exposure and application for Drug safety assessment. This will help to translate the findings of in-vitro experimental results (2D and 3D cell culture) to our understanding of adaptive cellular homeostasis control and subsequent decision points for Drug risk assessment. I am also working in the area of Machine Learning to get more insight into biological problems. The area where I am interested in integrated science involves the integration of pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics with systems biology to build a comprehensive platform for text-and-data analysis, modeling, integration, and then risk assessment. I am having operational expertise in computation tools such as Mcsim, COPASI, R, Python, and Berkely Madonna. My topic of interest is Human health Risk assessment, QIVIVE (quantitative in-vitro in-vivo extrapolation), PBPK (physiologically based pharmacokinetic modeling), Systems biology Models, pharmacology, and toxicology, Endocrine biology, and Endocrine disruptors chemicals.
