Rajiv Ranjan Singh (Senior Member, IEEE) received the baccalaureate degree in electronics and communication engineering from The Institution of Engineers, India, the M.Tech. degree in electronics design and technology from Dr. B. A. M. University Aurangabad, India, and the Ph.D. degree in wearable computing from BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus, Rajasthan, India. From April 2001 to December 2014, he was a Faculty Member with the EEE Department, BITS Pilani. He has published in refereed international journals, book chapters, and conference proceedings. His research interests include wearable computing, VLSI and embedded systems, smart devices, applied artificial intelligence, and biosignal processing. He is a fellow of the Institution of Engineers, Kolkata, India. He has been a reviewer of journals, such as IEEE T ransactions on N eural S ystems and R ehabilitation E ngineering, Biomedical Signal Processing and Control, Computers in Biology and Medicine, Biocybernetics and Biomedical Engineering, and Multimedia Tools and Applications, and several IEEE conferences.
