Rajesh Kumar

I am Rajesh Kumar currently a postdoc at Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Arkansas, AR, USA. I was postdoc at Institute of Electronics, NYCU Taiwan from Oct 2020 to April 2022. I have completed Ph.D. from the Centre of Excellence in Energy and Depart of Physics, Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur. Rajesh does research in semiconductor device physics. Their current project is 'III-V QD based laser device.
