R. P. Mahapatra [m] (mahapatra.rp@gmail.com) has B.Tech., M.Tech., and Ph.D. degrees. He is currently working at SRM Institute of Science & Technology, NCR Campus as professor and head of the Computer Science & Engineering Department and Dean of Admissions. He has vast experience of 17 years as an academician, researcher, and administrator. During these 17 years, he has worked in India and abroad. He has been associated with Mekelle University, Ethopia, for more than two years. Two candidates have successfully completed their Ph.D. degrees under his supervision and 7 students are perusing their research under his guidance. He has authored more than 70 research papers in international journals published by Inderscience, Emerald, Elsevier, IEEE, and Springer.He is a Fellow of I.E. (India), a Senior Member of IACSIT, Singapore, and a Life Member of ISTE, among many other reputed bodies.
