Bio
Raja Zuraidah Rasi received the Ph.D. degree in industrial management from the Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, VIC, Australia, in 2012. She is currently an Associate Professor with Supply Chain Management, Department of Production and Operations Management, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, Parit Raja, Malaysia, where she is also the Director of Corporate Marketing and Communication Office. Her research interests include sustainable supply chain, sustainability, and operations performance. Her more recent work has been on the application of blockchain technology in supply chain and improving operations process through concepts, such as root cause analysis, critical chains, and lean systems.
