Rahul Dodhia received the Ph.D. degree in mathematical psychology from Columbia University, New York, NY, USA, in 2000. He is currently the Deputy Director of the AI for Good Research Lab and manages its team of research scientists. Following the labs mission of addressing the world's greatest challenges with data science and AI, he works on multiple AI for Good areas, including Sustainability, Humanitarian Action, and Health, as well as topics such as misinformation and cybersecurity. He is currently focusing on addressing climate change issues affecting the Global South. His previous roles included modeling of human memory at NASA Ames Research Center, and then stints at Amazon, Expedia, and several startups.
