Raghavan Kumar (Senior Member, IEEE) received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA, USA, in 2012 and 2015, respectively. He is currently a Senior Staff Research Scientist with Circuit Research Labs, Intel Hillsboro, OR, USA. He has authored over 40 technical articles and two book chapters and holds 25 U.S. issued patents with more than 40 patents pending. His research interests include hardware security, homomorphic encryption, machine learning, and high-performance and low-power datapath circuits. Dr. Kumar serves on the hardware security program committees at DAC and HOST.
