个人简介
Dr. Zamora has carried out an important teaching activity. She has taught in Bachelor degree, doctorate, master, and specialty courses, and also in technical meetings. She was the teacher responsible for the subject “General characteristics of fats (edible fats and oils)” of the Fat Specialization Course organized by CSIC in the period 1999-2006. In addition, she has supervised 8 PhD theses and also diverse Advanced Studies Diplomas and Research Introduction Works.
Dr. Zamora’s informative activity is very large. She was Editor of the Grasas y Aceites journal between 2007 and 2010 and Contributing Editor of the IMARS Highlights journal (official journal of the International Maillard Reaction Society) between 2006 and 2021. She is also member of the Editorial Board of Food Chemistry (2021-present). In addition, she has published more than 250 book reviews in the journal Grasas y Aceites during the last three decades.
