Dr. Hachem views clinical and translational research as tools to address critical questions that directly impact clinical medicine. His research has led to over 140 publications. The main focus of his research has been humoral immunity and developing a better understanding of pathways that lead to chronic lung allograft dysfunction (CLAD) and strategies to prevent and manage CLAD after transplantation.
