个人简介
Dr. Houborg is interested in optimizing the utilization of earth observation data for land surface characterization. This includes novel interpretation of remotely sensed signals and translation into meaningful physical quantities useful for tracking changes in crop health and productivity.
A key research focus is on realizing the full potential of new sensing platforms including constellations of small nano-satellites, which offer exciting opportunities in the context of precision agriculture.
