Food Engineer (2009), Specialist in Biotechnology Applied to Agroindustry (2012), Master (2012) and PhD in Food Science (2016) by the State University of Maringá. She is a Professor of the Master in Clean Technologies at Cesumar University - UniCesumar, an external collaborating member of the Mountain Research Center (CIMO) of the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança, Portugal, and an associate collaborating member of the Cesumar Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation (ICETI), Brazil.
