Bio
伏晴艳,女,1973年2月出生,汉族,重庆人。长期从事上海市大气环境监测和科研工作。主持或实施了上海市PM2.5来源快速解析及大气环境承载力、上海市空气质量达标规划研究、长三角大气环境质量改善与综合管理关键技术研究、长三角大气质量改善与综合管理关键技术研究等国内项目50余项,主持中美合作AIRNOW-I等国际合作项目近20项,出版《环境空气PM2.5监测、预报与公众信息服务》等著作3部,发表《上海市环境空气质量预报考核评分方法研究和应用》、《Tethered balloon-based black carbon profiles within the lower troposphere of Shanghai in the 2013 East China smog》等论文50余篇。获环境保护科学技术二等奖1项、上海市科技进步奖二等奖1项、三等奖2项。
