Qimeng Jiang

Qimeng Jiang was born in Chengdu, China. He received the B.S. degree in microelectronics, in 2007, from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, where he is currently working toward the Master's degree in microelectronics in the State Key Laboratory of Electronic Thin Films and Integrated Devices. His research interests include power semiconductor devices.
