Bio
Qiaozhen Mu received the B.S. degree in physics and the M.S. degree in geography from Beijing Normal University, Beijing, China, in 1995 and 1998, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in climatology from Peking University, Beijing, in 2001.
She is with Science Systems and Applications, Inc., Lanham, MD, USA, involved in the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) Characterization and Support Team, and with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Goddard Space Flight Center, Greenbelt, MD, USA. She is involved in the radiometric calibration and validation of the MODIS sensor, and the assessments of calibration performance of MODIS and Visible Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite (VIIRS) Level 1B products.
