Bio
Qiangxiang Peng received the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics from the University of Electronics Science and Technology of China in 2014, where he researched on the pyroelectric material preparation and uncooled infrared detectors. In 2015, he joined Xiangtan University and has been researching on the ferroelectric materials and its integrated devices and processes. From 2016 to 2017, he was a Visiting Fellow with the Tokyo Institute of Technology, where he engaged in the fabrication of ferroelectric material and FeRAM processes.
